 Pratham Constructions, a venture of K M Gadia & Sons – a Manufacturing and trading firm dealing in Jari (Gold Threads) and Yarn for over 4 decades in South India, is ready with its maiden project ‘Pratham Casa Serene’. On Pratham Constructions
A guest at home once remarked that your house has been constructed beautifully, taking care of the needs and requirements of each and every member of the family, how I wish I could have such a home without the headache of running around to the various consultants and other agencies to get my dream home. It was at that moment we felt we should exploit our passion of quality consciousness and attempting to satisfy the needs of the family and thus Pratham Constructions was conceptualized. Pratham started its journey in 2005 with its maiden project Pratham Casa Serene. We have begun will developing a few land parcels within the group and will soon look at acquiring newer land parcels to provide better quality living spaces.
Upcoming Projects
We have two projects in the pipeline. Casa Grande is a high end residential enclave for people whom luxury and comfort is of utmost importance and our other project would be Pratham Dream Homes, this project has been exclusively designed keeping in mind our budget conscious clientele. Casa Grande will be set on the Outer Ring Road while Dream Homes will be located in Yeshwanthpur.

At Pratham, we study the customer’s requirements and build accordingly. Every apartment at Pratham is tailor made and is built with a personal touch.
